How long until I receive my order?

From time of deposit, we need to make the glass, assemble the hardware, clean it, pack it up and send it out to you. It generally takes 4-6 weeks. We will confirm timeframe with you when you place your order.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM SIZES AND COLORS?

Yes, we’re open to discussing this with you. Feel free to email or give us a call.

WHY ARE THERE VARIATIONS IN THE SIZE AND SHAPE OF THE PIECES I ORDERED?

All of our glass is made by hand, so slight variations can and will occur. These are one of a kind, made just for you!

Where can i find those led bulbs?

You don’t need to find them. We ship one with every pendant light.

I changed my mind about my purchase. Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final. No refunds will be given, as every piece of glass is made to order.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED DUE TO SHIPPING?

Buyer must inspect their entire order upon receipt. We need to be notified of any damages due to shipping or otherwise within 48 hours to process a claim.
Email us immediately at the link below with details of the damage along with photos, so that we may contact your shipping carrier.
KEEP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
